Our actions to promote an inclusive culture at HLG Australia
Sexual Harassment: Our responsibilities are clearly stated in our Code of Conduct. HLG Australia will not accept or tolerate any form of harassment, bullying, derogatory remarks, or other behavior that is regarded as degrading or threatening.
Unconscious Bias Training: We work to remove bias from people and business decisions to increase diversity on all leadership levels and have introduced unconscious bias training.
LGBTQ+: We promote an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and other identities) employees. Our environment should be accepting of all types of diversity, both visible and non-visible.
